We are recruiting a junior postdoctoral researcher in spatial transcriptomics and immunology to join the B Lymphocytes, Autoimmunity and Immunotherapies unit (LBAI, Inserm UMR1227) in Brest, France.
The position focuses on the analysis of cutting-edge spatial (Visium HD, Xenium, CosMx) and single-cell transcriptomics datasets to uncover cellular mechanisms driving Sjögren’s disease, within a highly collaborative environment involving clinicians, immunologists, and bioinformaticians. This 24-month position is ideal for candidates with a PhD in bioinformatics or immunology seeking to develop innovative computational approaches and contribute to high-impact publications.
