The goal of this Working Group is to promote healthier academic environments within the field of immunology.
Our strategy is to expand the toolbox available to researchers for navigating challenging environments, ultimately improving our workplaces, our well-being, and the strength of our community.
We aim to raise awareness of the issues currently affecting our field, centralise and share existing resources to increase transparency and empower our members, and develop new, tailored tools to support the specific needs of the immunology community.
