Improving Academia WG
The goal of this working group is to promote healthier academic environments in the immunological working field.Our strategy is to increase the toolbox of researchers to face challenging environments in order to ultimately improve our working environments, our well-being, and the strength of our community. We will bring awareness to the issues the community is currently facing, centralise and disseminate available resources with our community to increase transparency and our members’ agency, as well as create our own useful resources tailored to the needs of the immunology community.
